At KidsTalkCards, customer satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes you may need to initiate a return or refund. Our Refund and Return Policy allows you to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, ensuring you have peace of mind while shopping.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery if they meet certain criteria. To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Be returned in original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
Non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned under our policy. These include:
- Digital downloads
- Personalized or customized products
- Items that are used or damaged by the customer
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging to assist with your request.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note, the timing of your refund can depend on your payment provider.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items over a certain value.
